Foccacia

Bread, with a thin crusty skin. In it, just enough thinly-sliced roast beef, ham, or salmon for a meal. Some vegetables, julienned or sliced thin. Lunch. Coffee.

Sometimes I am overwhelmed by simple things.

We have a bread maker. And the only bread that comes out nicely is foccacia. I think the herbs/spices that go into it make it a winner.
